Our family
Marigold Table started at our own kitchen table. Mum cooked what the neighbors grew, and everyone stayed for seconds.
Now three of us run the bistro. We know the farmers by name and drive out to see the fields. If a carrot is not good this week, it is not on the menu.
We cook this way because it tastes better, and because the money stays near home.
